Join our webinar to learn more about Dominion’s new Time of Use (TOU) Plan, smart panels, and how you can make them work for you!
Dominion Energy customers who have a smart meter installed may take part in their new TOU pilot program starting in 2021. TOU rate plans are based on how much energy you use and what time of day you use it.
We are working with local solar installers to help you install battery storage and smart panels, with or without solar systems, so you can take control of your energy and take advantage of the TOU price rates.
